The return of the percussive hit also brings some new surprises, with some sections of the show now updated and restructured and the addition of two new full-scale routines, utilizing props like tractor tire inner tubes and paint cans. This is a show that is fun for all ages and is sure to leave the audience wanting more. The show bowled over audiences at that years Edinburgh fringe Festival and raked in a multitude of awards on its London premiere at the Bloomsbury Theatre. It is a high-energy performance that features a unique blend of percussion and movement. Stomp was created way back in 1991 in the coastal city of Brighton in England, by Luke Cresswell and Steve McNicholas. I can not describe the dissapointment and frustration we are feeling due to their rigid and unfair actions. STOMPis an Off-Broadway show that is sure to entertain. Instead the re-selling/transfer option was blocked. ![]() We asked to be able to sell our tickets through their site and were also denied. All other shows and venues we were scheduled to see reembursed our money, (Lion King, Harry Potter, Museum excibition), except for Stomp. We had to cancel our trip since our children would not be vaccinated before the show. Shortly before our trip Broadway changed their requirements and included children being vaccinated to their policy. At this time Broadway was only requiring adults to be Covid 19 vaccinated. This was the first time our children would visit/experience New York. My family and I bought tickets to see Stomp as part of our December vacation.
